AlphaKids, Inc. is a company started by Sandra Williams. She is a teacher with 30 years of experience. She created Launch Into Phonics to give teachers a fun and exciting tool by which to accelerate reading growth.

Mrs. Williams has also developed a Reading program called “You Can Have a Successful Reading Program-Grades 1-3″. This program was presented at the International Reading Association and the Florida Charter School Conferences. Teachers from all over the USA have attended her workshops. This is an exciting, knowledge packed workshop of proven reading strategies that cover: the 6 components of Reading, strategies used to increase memory, listening strategies, discipline strategies that work, increasing test scores, common core strategies, closing the reading gap, and more.

She was asked by an Area Superintendent to take one of the schools in her district to help increase their test scores. The school had a grade of C. Mrs. Williams gave a Reading workshop to the teachers in grades 1-3. The principal purchased the Launch Into Phonics kits for the teachers in grades 1-3. The teachers used the Reading strategies and the musical phonics program. The school’s grade moved from a C to a B.

She has proven to be highly effective with the academic success of low-performing, low-socioeconomic students. On an average, 80% of her low income students pass the end-of-the-year tests.
